2.1.40.2 is an Enhancement release. It focuses on usability improvements over 2.1.39 with some major new features
Several small bug fixes are also included.
New Features
User Permissions
- Hide Departments from Users in Role Manager – Course Users can make it so that Employees only see certain Departments in the Register.
- Hide Terminal Access from Users in Role Manager – ProShop employees only see the ProShop Terminal, Bartenders only see Bar Terminals, etc.
Tee Sheet / Reservations Enhancements
- Blocking Turn Times for 18-hole Tee Times – When an 18-hole tee time is made, you can specify what time they will be making the turn to the back 9, and an automatic Block time will be made on the back 9.
- Multi-Hour Reservations for Lessons, Simulators, etc. – When a multi-hour reservation is made, the rate automatically adjusts based on the normal rate and the duration of the Reservation.
- “Reserve Multiple Tee Times” has been changed to “Add Group Reservation”
Event Module Enhancements
- Event Invoices are automatically generated through the Event Builder and can be downloaded directly from there as well.
- Floor Plan Manager – Course Users now have the ability to make a custom Floor Plan for any Event. This Floor Plan can be viewed in the Event Builder.
- Online Event enhancements for Free Online Events.
Register Enhancements
- The “Enter” key now works on all searches.
- Tax calculation enhancements.
Membership Billing Enhancements
- Members can now see their Previous and Current Balances on the Membership Portal
- New Membership Discounts applied to existing Membership Classes are now applied to every Member in that Class
