Club Caddie -

Version is an exciting new release of Club Caddie that introduces a brand new Module – Venue Management – and also has some great enhancements to some newly released features!

New Features/Enhancements

Venue Manager
  • Users can now create different Venues in Club Caddie (Banquet Rooms, Conference Rooms, etc.) and reserve these for regular bookings OR tie them directly to Events that have been created in the Events Module
  • Events can have multiple Venues/Modules that are tied to them. For example, a Golf Outing could be on the Golf Course from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, then in the Banquet Room from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and then in the Main Bar from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. All of these reservations would be reflected in their respective Modules
  • Public I-Frame for Online Bookings – a new I-Frame in Settings that can be used for non-members to book activities online
  • Users can now specify if a given Resource is available for Online Bookings
  • Each Resource type can now have a specific email address associated with it for booking confirmations. For example, if a Golf Instructor is a Resource in Club Caddie, their email address can be tied to all Bookings, so the Instructor would receive a notification every time a Booking is made
  • The Event Calendar can now be exported to a PDF
  • There are now two options for downloading the Function Sheet for an Event. One will download exactly as the Function Sheet appears in Club Caddie, while the “Download Event Summary” option will appear more similar to an Event Invoice
  • The Server Banking Summary Report now has a Total line at the bottom
  • Credit Book Deposit Enhancement – if there are multiple Holding Accounts set up, users will now be able to select which Holding Account they are making a Deposit
