Activities Module/Customers/Members

• Online Bookings through the Member Portal – There is a new option in the Member Portal Builder where Members can Book Activities online. This will push directly to the Activities Module (formerly known as Reservations)
• Optional Late Fees on an Individual Member basis – Can now specify if a Member is subject to Late Fees or not
• Flags for Customers – Can now set Flags for regular Customers, not just Members

Register/Reports

• Requiring Manager Override to perform a second Day End Close – To help prevent theft/improper Close-Outs, can now require a Manager Override PIN to perform a second Day End Close at a given Terminal
• Separate Journal Entries for different Event types – Banquets, Golf Leagues, and Golf Outings now have their own Transaction Types in the QB Setup for Journal Entries. This way, they can be mapped to separate Accounts for Reporting purposes
