Tee Sheet

• Guest Rates – From Settings → Class Rate Management, there is a new tab for Guest Rates. From here, Users can set up appropriate Guest Rates, rather than using Rack Rate Management. So if a Platinum Member is making a Tee Time online for themselves and 3 Anonymous Players, and there are Guest Rates set up for that Class, those Guest Rates will appear as selectable Rates for the Anonymous Players.
• Edit Players/Rates after Booking from My Tee Times, Customer/Member Portal – Customers/Members can now update Any previously made bookings and can adjust player names and rates through the customer/member portal. 

Events

• Golf Outing Manager – Event Enhancements – Venue/Timeline, BEO, Post Revenue, etc has been copied for Golf Outing Events
  • Every enhancement that was released for Banquet Events in 5.4.18
• Item-Level Service Charge and Service Charge Tax for Events
  • If an Inventory Item has a Service Charge and corresponding Service Charge Tax, and that Item is added to an Event, those values will now be brought over to the Event. This is an optional Setting in the Event Details page of the Event Builder for “Use Item-Level Service Charge and Tax”
• Custom Event Identifier 
  • This is a new field in the Event Details page of the Event Builder. This can be used to sync with other CRM or Event Management systems
• Event Adjustment Report
  • New Report that shows any and all Adjustments that have been made to an Event for a given period of time. It also shows the Chart of Account, Amount, and any Notes that are associated with the Adjustment
  • This is a new Report that will need to be enable through Settings → Manage Roles

Register / Customers

• Messaging Center – New Module that enables POS Users to have 2-way communication with Mobile App Users. When a new message is received from a Mobile App User, there will be a notification in the POS in the Customers Module → Messaging Center
• Item-Level Tax Exempt in the Register
  • When Items are added to a Tab in the Register, there is now an option to mark an individual Item as Tax Exempt, rather than marking the entire Tab as Tax Exempt
• Convenience Fee on Membership Payments
  • From Settings → Membership Settings, there is now an option to add a Convenience Fee on Membership Payments. This will be added to any Membership Payment that is processed through the Member Portal or through the Recurring Charge Jobs for Invoices
• Cloud Print Kitchen Receipt
  • From Settings → Register Settings → Printer, you can now add a Cloud Printer for either a normal or Kitchen printer
