Club Caddie - 5.2.1.6
Version 5.2.1.6 is an enhancement release of Club Caddie that focuses on Reporting, along with the V1 of F&B Group Modifiers/Modifier Categories.
New Features/Enhancements
- Reports/Vouchers
- Voucher Balance Receipts – From within Settings –> Register Settings, you can enable the printing of Voucher Balance Receipts. When a Voucher is used to pay for a Transaction, there will be a new Voucher Receipt that prints out and shows the Remaining Balance on that Voucher
- Custom Discount Report – This is a brand new Report that tracks the usage of Custom Discount usage in Club Caddie. It shows the number of times the Discount was used, the total amount of the Discount applied, and the Discount Percentage
- Invoice Report Enhancements – Added a Date Filter as well as a new column for Member Name and Invoice Number. Also able to now Download the individual Invoices from this Report
- Register/Food & Beverage
- Group Modifiers/Modifier Categories – With the iteration of this major new feature, you can now create Group Modifiers/Modifier Categories for Items. From the “Edit Inventory” popup, you can create Modifier Groups on an individual-item basis. In the next releases of Club Caddie, you will be able to create “Common Modifier Groups” that you can assign to multiple Inventory Items
- Printing Receipts from Clover Devices – From Settings –> 3P Settings –> Clover Connect, there is now an optional Setting to “Print Receipts from Clover Device”. You will no longer need a different Receipt Printer since the Clover Devices have a built-in Receipt Printer. In the future, there will be options for Email Receipt and No Receipt directly on the Clover Device
